I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We try to send packages within 24 hours after the order is made, with the exception of weekends and during Dutch public holidays. After your order has been shipped, we send you an e-mail to confirm that your package is on its way. You will also receive a track and trace code to track your package along its way to your doorstep.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
We take your online security very seriously. Your credit card information and personal information are safe and no data is sent over without encryption. Protecting your information is our highest priority. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology and other measures.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SCOTCH & SODA ACCEPT?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and iDeal.
WHAT IS A CVC/CVV/CID?
The Card Security Code (CVC/CVV/CID) is an additional three or four digit security code that is printed (not embossed) on the front or the back of your card.
The CVC/CVV/CID is an extra security measure to ensure that you are in possession of the card.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For example for the US this may well be up to 20% of the order value extra. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Delivery & Returns
I want to return my order, or a part of it, what should I do?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online order,
for instance the size was not correct or you don't like the color,
you can request a return request. You can find the return request in your online dashboard under "My Return". With your return label printed you can send your articles return. Please note that we will not pay the shipping cost for these returns.
Online orders can only be brought back to this webstore, not to other stores.
Always include your order prinlabel
The articles must be returned undamaged and with their own labels attached.
