Delivery

Your package will be delivered within 2-9 working days after you place an order, although this may vary per country.

General Information:A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively the carrier will try 2 more times to deliver the package. Please note that we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched and we will not ship your package again if you weren’t able to collect your package.

Please note: Custom or import duties can be charged once your parcel reaches its destination country. We ship from the Netherlands. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (the customer). Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 30 days of receipt (own expense). The articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Online orders can’t be returned to other stores. Please note that Barfly, our Fragrance, (and underwear) can’t be returned.

To return your order, please fill in the complete return form you have received and attach it to your package.

Please Note: Always include your ordernumber(s) when you make a return to us.

Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and with their labels attached. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days to the card you used for the original purchase. Shipping costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are send to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.
